i agree...go for Munish Bhandari's book and study mat side by side for Company law part...for ethics only study material....for communication only Munish Bhandari ...and for chapters like Bonus act ,gratuity act and P F act ,NI Act..only Munish Bhandari...thats my personal experience...

You may prepare law yourself with Munish Book...

But remember few points:

1. Complete ur scanner with ICAI guidelines...

2. Discuss topics with friend for better grip.

3. Explore caclub for some good notes

4. Follow study plan and revision schedule

Its better if u study self . After studying the entire course then go through the scanner for revision of important question and also go thourgh the study module its help you alot.
