Hi,
Am going to register an LLP for which i need a practicing CA's assistance for attestation & their Digital Signatures as required by LLP Act.
Am located in New Bombay.
Also wanted to understand
1. if it is ok for giving my residential address as registered office address. It does not have any commercial meter but as per my understanding there should not be a problem as am not going to use that place for any commercial activity or as office. Am planning to give the registered address of bangalore.
2. If I hire someone to work for me do I need to register for PF, ESIC etc as well?
