Please help to clarify the following doubt
On ITR2 form , schedule AIR , code 005 mentions" payment made by you of an amount of one lakh rupees or more for acquiring shares issued by the company". Does this mean the shares acquired through IPO only or shares bought in the secondary market or both ?
