Our company is NBFC under the category of non accepting public deposits.

Our company is NBFC private company and it is loan company under the category of not accepting Deposit.
But now the company wants to raise money through firms.
Is this can be possible?
It is very urgent.
Please clarify with reasons and the relative section applicable to this problem as per companies act and RBI rules and guidelines.
