Just visit ROC office. They will tell you the exact issue in this matter. And even if there is no issue, they will tell you how to proceed with a Govt. Department. I hope you got my point. Dost, this is a govt department. Try to understand.

Yes, You can visit the concerned ROC for the matter and they will said why they have objected for the above explained main object of the proposed company.

Its my personal suggestion is that when you are try to obtain name approval, kindly write your object in short , not in detail, if possible .
