In the newly published form MSME, we disclose all the outstanding amount due as on 22nd Jan 2019 right?

Sir, As company we are also MSME vendor. Do we have any exemption for making payment beyond 45 days?

Actually Government is planning for faster circulation of funds, so by present step, you will receive payments earlier.
