our service provider charges only 5%,
in their bills so that we are paying accordingly to him,if any demand raised leter on who's responsible

Sorry for above Reply, As per notification 20/2017 CT (r) its 5℅ GST (without ITC), & 12% GST (with ITC)
Hence your services provider is charging you a correct rate of GST
