My client could not complete the migration on time and during the extension in August 2018, they submitted the details to their Range Officer. Parallely, he advised them to proceed with a new registration but not log in. My client was requested to email the details of the old and new GSTNs to migration desk so that they can map the new GSTN with the old one. Though the email was sent in August, till date there is no sign of any confirmation from the migration desk. The range officer is also unable to say anything more, except asking us to wait for the email from the migration desk. Visits to Help desk at GST Bhavan has also proved futile. Is there any way out?
