Dear All,
I am filing MGT -15 , Report of AGM , the form has compulsory field as
*Fair summary of proceedings of the meeting.
My query is what we suppose to write in this section, do they expect entire disussion summary or just matter and who propsed and unanimously approved , will suffice.
Please guide.
Fair summary is nothing but the narration of how the AGM has been conducted.
It starts from who conducted the meeting to vote of thanks. You need not narrate the whole minutes here. Just a gist of the proceedings is enough. It will not be more than 1-2 pages.
Just write the brief summary of proceedings of the AGM and list of items approved at the said AGM.
