@ Jose : Even i failed in Nov 09 bcoz UPA made all questions compulsory just before exams. But what I heard in the seminar is what I have quoted.

icai is supposed to be the 2nd largest accounting body in the world...its a clear sign of mismanagement in their part...if they cant even take care of their students how can they regulate the chartered accountants...i think their web site is the worst u can ever find...always getting jammed....

Institute has to understand the feelings of the PCC/IPCC students who are egarly waiting for the results. This is being a mental torture. There are now rumors that the results are being postoned to 8th Feb @ 10 am. This is not fair from the part of the institute. |
