MEIS application
We want to apply to DGFT for MEIS ,(MERCHANDISE EXORT INCENTIVE SCRIP) please share SOP , of filing application or step by step procedure to file the application. it will be of great help as DGFT site does not have any details for how to file a form online.
Please share start to end procedure if anybody has it.

The revised rates would be effective from which date? i.e if the amendment is done on Oct 29, 2015, should my LEO date be post that or they will be applicable from financial year start?
