I have submitted the INC-2 form on MCA portal & paid the relevant INC-2 form fees, MoA fees & AoA fees and the relevant challan for the same generated. But when the screen tried to redirect me to payment of Stamp Duty for the MoA & AoA,.. the screen suddenly closed.
Now I have no SRN for payment of Stamp Duty. How do I make the said payment.? Without paying Stamp Duty, the form will not be processed.

In fact the form generated for payment of MCA fees itself contained the SRN for payment of stamp duty on the next page.
Ok. Nothing like that happended with me. My SRN was generated only for the MCA fees and not the stamp duty payment fee. And my INC 2 isnt processessed as yet.
