2 quick questions:
1. Whether Master Circular for TDS on SALARIES is available for FY 2011-12? If yes, where can i find it? The Ciruclar no. will suffice.
2. Please confirm my understanding whether the employee HAS TO submit details of other income i.e. other than salary to the Employer for the purpose of making TDS? As far as I believe, the employer must make TDS only in respect of 'Salaries' paid by him. It is at the discretion of the employee whether he wants to reveal/submit the details of other income.
