Form 10A is required to filed for registration of Trust under 12A of ITax Act
Sir , thank you, but I mean while drafting religious trust deed what are the mandatory points which IT exemptions department would require to be included in the Trust deed. Generally they make it mandatory bt asking us to include in the supplementary trust deed.
