Managing partner's share in profit in a partnership form
Dear Professional colleagues,
I am of the view that a managing partner in a partnership can have any % of profit sharing i.e. if a person has 10% profit sharing ratio also, he can be a managing partner of that firm.
Needed a confirmation regarding the above.
