Explanatory note on equitable mortgage....

Dear Mr Aggarwal,

I have taken a Loan on 8th April 2013 and received late response from the banker about the details of this registration. And now it's more than 30 days.

Now can what needs to be done.

Can I still do the registration with the sub-registrar? or there will be some penalty.
