Hi All,

I have applied DIN for 2 designated partners through Fillip form. Now I want to apply DIN for the third partner. I have 2 queries.

1. What is the form to apply for the 3rd DIN?

2. Should I apply for the 3rd DIN first before filing LLP agreement ?

DIN application to be made in DIR-3 form.

Thanks. please confirm that DIR-3 needs to be filed before filing LLP agreement.

First file LLP agreement then only apply for DIN
