A listed company had issued shares since long time ago but that shares was not fully subscribed. now company wants to forfit those shares but not only company but also Registrar and share transfer agent not having details of partly paid shares. so my question is that how can I collect the information regarding partly paid shares?

Check details when the company filed Form 2 and through Search Report on MCA try to collect information. if attachment is there with the Form 2
if its filled online and also not on website then see Annual Return of that year in which u issued it.
You will get info.
