One of my client is interested in opening a hookah parlour in Kolkata which will include fooding (no drinks). Can anybody tell me the licenses that he is required to obtain to begin with his business.

First check, whether hookah parlour is banned or not in Kolkata as hookah has been banned in Maharashtra, Rajasthan etc
It isn't banned in Kolkata as of yet. States like Punjab, Haryana, Maharashtra, Rajasthan has banned it. Please tell me wat are the licenses required and how to go about obtaining those licenses. If anybody can assist me in obtaining those licenses please call me on 9830834304.
