First check, whether hookah parlour is banned or not in Kolkata as hookah has been banned in Maharashtra, Rajasthan etc
It isn't banned in Kolkata as of yet. States like Punjab, Haryana, Maharashtra, Rajasthan has banned it. Please tell me wat are the licenses required and how to go about obtaining those licenses. If anybody can assist me in obtaining those licenses please call me on 9830834304.
