lic in the name of husband but paid by wife.. who can claim the deduction ?

In case the husband claim the deductions then wife can't get that paid amount.
If the husband can't claim the amount then wife can claim the Lic deduction.....
If the husband can't claim the amount then wife can claim the Lic deduction.....
Person who pays the amount will get the deduction. Since your wife has paid the premium she is entitled to claim the deduction.
