liability to pay GST on water tanker and truck utilised for disposal of wastage
i own a water tanker and another truck utilised as soil tanker ( disposal of waste). Am I liable to pay GST on the charges received or I can claim exemptions as individual transporter and not a gta. if I am liable what is the rate of Tax? If I am not liable kindly provide the notification no.

As per GST notification if you provide services to local authorities like municipal corporation, for management of waste and supply of water than it is exempt under gst
