Yes as far as i know. I had submitted a condonation letter with te forms 107& 108 for late filing.
but in 107 it is written within 60 days of normal expiry of 3.5 years
yes it is written within 60 days for 107, but is it also applicable for 108.
it is written 107 together with 108 for the period already served. I think so
