while calculating avg.salary of 10months..the retiring month salary shall b included or excluded?

average of 10 month salary which are drawn immediately preciding retirement. it means included which are drwan before retirement.

@ praveen dahiya the statement you talking abt is there only in case of gratuity(immediate preceeding 10month)
m asking in case of leave encashment
it is clearly stated that based on last 10months avg salary drawn
