Y  r u so worried ?/ Dont worry at all.

The book  i.e. Jan 09  edition  contains all the amendments.Nothing will be asked beyond it.I am also studying from it.

Just make a point to buy RTP for MAY 10 Exams.All  amendments will be covered under it.

 Hi all can anybody tell me when should i buy RTP'S for May 2010 exam???? when will it be available?

Be in touch with the ICAI website.U will get the info. regarding release and the date of availablity of RTPs for May10 exam.When these will be available, u can download it from the ICAI site or u can purchase the same from the offices of ICAI.Generally,as per my experience,RTPs r available for sale, just before 1or 1.5 month of relevant exam.

Attend L Jayaraman Sir's classes,and read his material . It is enough

as the paper pattern of law was different for nov 2009 exams..... no questions were asked on directors so how should we perpare for may 2010 exams......

as DIP guidelines have also changed to ICDR...

what should be our strategy to gain exemption in this sbuject plz provide some guidance........

i will be highly thankful.........
