Dear Priya,
The latest edition of Munish Bhandari's BOOK contains all the latest amendments.
Normally there are not so much amendments in the corporate law paper as compared to the TAX Papers.
However there might be some new guidelines issued in the case of FEMA or SEBI. All the new gudelines will be covered in the RTP .PLEASE make a point to buy it.
Take Care.

As law book of bhandari is published attemptwise, for may 2010 it should be available in market or it may shortly be there. As we all know that 2 types of books are available in market ,one is a big one and one is for revision purpose. Its better to have long one.arrange the new one& dont refer the old book.In NOV.09 exams pattern of law paper was totally different ,like no questions from Directors were asked ( Normally covrage of directors is 30 to 40 marks)so may be in new book something extra will be given by considering paper of Nov 2009.
