It is applicable for exams
whether SEBI DIP or SEBI ICDR??
ICDR guidelines are applicable for May 2011 exam (same is mentioned in RTP), but u wil not find it in any refernce book, u wil have to get the material online or through ICAI latest module.
DIP guidelines are redundant from Sep 2009 onwards don study it...

For SEBI, ICDR guidelines are applicable.
Dearh Abhi find the link for additional material for final law. SEBI ICDR is only applicable for May 2011 exams.
