WHETHER CA FINAL DIRECTOR CHAPTER CHANGED AS PER CO ACT 2013 FOR NOV 14 EXAM........

Yes there are lot of changes in director chapter
BUT ONLY 45 SECTIONS ARE APPLICABLE IN NOV 14 EXAM...OF CO ACT 2013
Accounts and Audit Chapter has changed completely
plus 45 Sections are applicable for Nov 2014
You can check ICAI website for Supplementary study material issued
yes Audit n Accounts chapters completely changed.
Directors Chapter mein zyada kuch changes nahi hua hai..only few r applicable as of now for Nov 14 exam.
Few new sections added to Directors Chapter.
download the supplementary amendment module for Law from Insti. website.
