ICAI has issued following notification applicable for NOV10 CA Final exams:
Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002[relating to Winding Up] : Not applicable [Students have been advised to study only the general provisions of winding up as covered under Paragraph 9.4 of chapter 9 of the study material]
does this mean entire chapter of winding up is Not applicable and only general provisions are applicable?? And what part from Munish Bhandaris 11th edition will be applicable??
