i am appearing for ca final november 2014 examination...i am doing self study for law...i am not going to refer munish bhandari book as handbook is very short and mainbook is too lengthy...i have already wasted loads of time in finding a wayout for studying from munish bhandari s book....i saw practice manual includes only case studies,but handbook does not cover some portions and some portions which are given in short....so practice manual wont help in this matter....so i purchased kamal garg out of r.d maheshwari,padhuka and kamal garg from near by shop....just tell is kamal garg good,if found out that only case studies are not given in this book so i will cover it from munish bhandari mainbook fot that....rest you have to tell as i have not studied it till now...nd please tell me do we need to study both comapnies act,1956 and 2013 where companies act 1956 was also.there ....

Hope u knw the notifications of ICAI regarding this. For new 45 sections + another 17 sections on audit and accounts of the company study from new comp act 2013, rest from old act.
I heard from someone that Munish Bhandari has also come up with an Case Studies book specially for Nov 14 attempt. Kindly enquire for the same
