Late Fee
Sir I have submitted the GSTR 3B return before due date but filled after 10 days of submission. And when I am submitting the Return (3B) and it's automatically taking the Late fee as liability. why?

must be submitted on or before due date
sorry must be filed
must be filed. submission doesn't mean filing of return
late fee is a big harrassment.
5200 of late fees is now in portal not able to filed because of this issue ....
