how is capital gain calculated.
land purchased sept 2006 Rs.2.75 lakhs. sold sept 2017, Rs. 7.40 lakhs what is gain.
Value of land as per CII =2.75 Lacs /122*272 = 6.13115
Capital gain = 7.4-6.13115 = 1.27 Lacs
