what is the place of business of labour contractor for gst registration?? ( labour contractor has not specific place of business)

Better to take registration where he can get address proof........ or the place where he has Aadhar registered...
can i take place of business is same as residential address??

sir my client 's resident light bill is his father's name than what prooof i have to attach?
Any other owneship proof for the address.......... otherwise consent letter from the owner of the house......
