Is there any necessity to submit itt training certificate, bcoz i talked IGNOU head,
he said nw the provisions has changed.........
& there is no requirement to submit itt marks or certificate.

i submitted my all doc to exam dept with director sign & atestation on 3/3/11,
upto whn i ll get my marksheet.....
& how ll i get that....i mean it ll cum by post or ll cum on ignou site...
