Sr Team Manager - Management Information
Candidate should be a CA/ICWA with 8+ years of experience in the areas of in General Accounting, Month Close processes etc with 2-3 years of relevant experience in Budgeting, Planning and Management Reporting. Proven team leading experience is essential. The key responsibilities include providing incisive analysis for a line of business with Variance analysis explanation, decision support, planning and budgeting. The job involves anticipating and also developing new Management Information reporting and streamlining the processes.
Team Manager /Sr Spezialist - Management Information
Candidate should be a CA/ICWA/CA (Inter)/ICWA (Inter) with 5+ years of experience with 2+ years of relevant experience in Budgeting, Planning and Management Reporting. B.Com/M.Com candidates with substantial experience in these areas may also be considered. Also team-leading experience is essential. The key responsibilities include providing incisive analysis for a line of business with Variance analysis explanation, decision support, planning and budgeting.
Specialist – Corporate Taxation
Chartered Accountant with 1.5 - 2years Experience in Corporate Direct or International Taxation (ideally US or UK) to Provide accurate and timely Direct Tax reporting and compliance including quarterly calculation, recording, reporting of tax provisions, effective tax rate, annual preparation of draft tax returns, calculation of tax liabilities and collate requisite information to manage any fiscal queries
Specialist – Statutory Reporting
Chartered Accountant with 1.5 - 2years Experience in Preparation of annual Financial Statements and work papers for a Legal Entity consistent with the requirements of the appropriate regulatory reporting framework (GAAP for the NL, UK and US) within tight deadlines in Liaison with both Auditors and Tax to resolve queries in an efficient and timely manner
