can we avail input credit utilized for job work manufacturing such as furnace oil from IOC or HPCL and other raw materials (chemicals). We will be charging GST on job work amount, can this be set off against Job work billing

Yes, you will be able to deduct the input credits from the finally charged GST, unless opted for abatement.
