v r providing machinery & also doing piping for along with material+labour. i.e. supply, installation & commissioning. Now my question is whether this sale
If you sale machine and install it then supply of goods If you install machinery only then supply of services If your turnover is above 20 lakh then registration liability arises
“job work” means any treatment or process undertaken by a person on goods belonging to another registered person and the expression “job worker” shall be construed accordingly.
So job work is others thing
As you providing machine with installation so it is composit supply and treated as supply (sale) of goods
