Presently I am preparing for my ipcc may 15 exam I want to know about ITT training and when did I can register for the same and how??

You can go to your nearest regional office. Enquire about the available batches at a suitable time period for you and then fill application and fees required for the same. Its an easy process once you are aware about the available batches which u will come to know from nearest regional center. ;)
