Please guide us about An HUF have 7 members including Karta The I T.R. will filling only one as HUF I.T.R. or 7 member of HUF can file I.T.R. separately.
Hiw many I.T.R. will filed only 1 or 7
Only 1 under HUF PAN.
Individual ITRs of all the coparceners will be mandatory under individual PANs, if liable u/s. 139 of IT act.
Not connected with HUF PAN.
E.g. in this case maximum 8 ITRs would be filed.
