i am working in a Ltd company & i want to file my ITR for the FY 2009-10 & i have also a STCG income from shares but as a whole my total income is not taxable then which ITR form i have to fill in that case??
and if the person working in government sector then which ITR form he needs to fill????
government sector or private sector does not matter you have to file ITR-2 and you can file till 31.03.2011.
you can file ITR-1 in case of salary..........................
ITR-2 in case of income from any source other than Business and profession same for all eithjer you are a govt. or private sector employee.............
