Can anyone tell me that if an article doing part time job in evening after his article-ship timing & he want to file his ITR,,,,,is there any objection can be suit by ICAI in future,,,,if he don't show this condition to ICAI,,,

you have to take permissin of icai in form no 112...and specified that your job hours is after ur training hours
