ITR 4 - Commission from Mutual Fund Brokerage - Income Tax

Hello All, i have commissions from MF Brokerage. I think i need to fill the ITR 4 form. But am confused because there are so many fields. All i do is frelance MF broker and not having a proper registered company/firm. So what Section i need to fill. What fields i need to fill.
