One of my client provide staff to partnership firm, he received rs 18000 per staff but given to staff 15000.
What is his income 18000 or 15000
Can I file ITR 3 under no account case fill only cash balance

here you are providing man power supply. If you opt for 44AD you have to offer income on 18,000. 8% or 6%(in case you receive payment through bank within due date of filing the return)
