ITR-3 and and Presumptive Tax OPT
Dear Sir, I filled ITR-3 and I submitted sales and paid Tax in presumptive method in ITR-3 (from four years). In A.Y. 24-25 can I file ITR-4, if I file any leagal problem? pls..

No issue even if you file ITR-4.
