Go to this website login with ur User Id ( Pan no) & password. Then in ur account there will be "SUBMIT RETURN" head under that "SELECT ASSESSEMENT YEAR" there u select ur relavant AY. Then in next window it will ask ur form no. select ur form no & click Next. in next window u have to upload XML File of ur return after tat the website will send u ur Return to ur Mail ID, which has to be send to Bangalore within 120 days.

For XML File of ur return u 1st download the Excel Utilities for the relavant AY in the same website give Above "DOWNLOADS" & fill Ur Personal Details & income details and click the generate button in tat excel it will create the XML File of ur Return Which u have to Upload.
