What is Last Date for filing Return under income tax for Director of company?
As per my opinion it should be 31 July.
I Just want to confirm it.

You are right for the Diretor the due date is 31st July
Sec 139 (1)-The due date for
i) company ,
ii) a person whose accounts are required to be audited under this Act or under any other law
iii) working partner of a firm whose accounts are so required to be audited
REQUIRES T FILE RETURN BY 30th SEPT
For any other assessee THE DATE IS 31st JULYOF RELEVENT ASST. YEAR.
