IT refund not received.
my return have been processed three months back,but I haven't received refund amount, what to do.

This is because you have not prevalidated your bank account on the IT website. Login to the IT website and click on my profile, click on prevalidate bank account and enter necesary details. after doing this wait for 1 week. Later call IT department customer care
