please confirm if original proof of delivery is compulsory to take input credit in any gst transaction local or interstate if original Tax invoice is available?
at most copy of pod can be provided for interstate transaction/invoices.

Though not demanded in general........ when the seller has filed his GSTR1 with tax liability......... but whenever under litigation, all such original documents are verified
