Is dir kyc without dsc possible?

i suppose, in cases like this, we will have to let the DIN get deactived for the time being, for not filing DIR 3 KYC and later attempt to activate the same when the director is better.

Yes, I understand. The penalty has to be paid, needlessly, even in cases, like this where the situation is beyond one's power.

obviously, our law drafters have not conceived such situations or may be they have ignored it
