Was trying to register a LLP company. The Govt website is quite friendly and I belive most of the paper work can be by oneself. I'm taking professional help for LLP agreement; But Do we need CA/ CS for any other work.

If you are not expert; you should not try to undertake Legal Work in your hands.

Initially; you should carry the work as an assistant of one practising professional.

When you are confident; then you may go independently.

The lapses which might occur; can cost you too high than the fee charged by the professionals.
