can someone pursue M.B.A. after completing C.A. if he is not a graduate? Since C.A. is equal to a post graduate couse so is it possible or one needs to be a graduate for doing M.B.A?

ca is counted as a graduate degree for the purpose of mba...
NO No... For the purpose of doing MBA Graduation base should required..! Chartered Accountancy is separate institute but not fulfill requirements of Graduations.. !
If you are not doing Graduation degree then you are CA and 10+2 pass Person.
